Alison HoodCommunications Manager
Specialising in community consultation and engagement on infrastructure projects, Alison has worked in the UK onshore wind sector for nearly 15 years.
She joined the team in 2012 and has worked across wind farm projects during development and construction, including working with communities to establish over 15 community benefit funds.
In 2015 she was awarded the RenewableUK Award for Excellence for her “Fact Check the Energy Bill” campaign.Read Bio
Heather LaffertyProject Manager
Heather joined the team following a successful career as an ecological consultant working primarily in the renewables sector. Based in the Glasgow office, she manages the progression onshore wind energy projects in Scotland.
Heather has extensive experience of the onshore wind industry having worked on a large number of projects, from feasibility through to operations. She brings with her good working relationships with statutory bodies and provides in-house ecological advice and expertise to our growing portfolio of projects.Read Bio
Mícheál Ó BroinSenior Project Manager
Mícheál is a Chartered Engineer with ten years of experience in all stages of renewable energy project delivery from inception through to construction. His experience covers a range of technologies including onshore wind, solar and energy storage projects across Great Britain and Ireland.
He joined the development team in 2018 and manages the progression of subsidy free renewable energy projects.Read Bio
