    Alison Hood
    Communications Manager

    Specialising in community consultation and engagement on infrastructure projects, Alison has worked in the UK onshore wind sector for nearly 15 years. 

    She joined the team in 2012 and has worked across wind farm projects during development and construction, including working with communities to establish over 15 community benefit funds. 

    In 2015 she was awarded the RenewableUK Award for Excellence for her “Fact Check the Energy Bill” campaign.

    Heather Lafferty
    Project Manager

    Heather joined the team following a successful career as an ecological consultant working primarily in the renewables sector. Based in the Glasgow office, she manages the progression onshore wind energy projects in Scotland.

    Heather has extensive experience of the onshore wind industry having worked on a large number of projects, from feasibility through to operations. She brings with her good working relationships with statutory bodies and provides in-house ecological advice and expertise to our growing portfolio of projects.

    Scott Vallance
    Senior Project Manager

    Scott joined the Statkraft development team in 2020 and is based in our Glasgow office. A chartered town planner and chartered surveyor with an APM accredited Project Management qualification, Scott has over 8 years experience in all stages of project development from inception through to operations. 

    Scott has experience of working across a range of technologies including onshore wind, solar and energy storage projects covering the whole of the United Kingdom.

    Scott studied at the University of Aberdeen where he obtained an MA in Geography.
