Latest news
We are inviting local residents to our project information drop-in event on Wednesday 23rd October 2024, 3.00pm – 7.00pm, at Pitch Sports Bar Function Room, St Dennis AFC, Boscawen Park, Saint Austell, PL26 8DT.
The project team are looking forward to meeting the local community, providing an update on our proposed plans and will be on hand to answer any questions.
Solar Energy UK has published its second Solar Habitat report, looking at trends and observations from 87 solar farms in the UK, highlighting how solar farms and their management can interact with local biodiversity. You can read the Solar Habitat 2024 here.
For the sixth consecutive year, Statkraft have released its Low Emissions Scenario - an analysis of the energy world towards 2050.
The Scenario covers the energy transition necessary to move towards a low emissions world.
In July 2021, we consulted over 1,000 local residents in the Treviscoe and St Dennis area on the plans for the Treviscoe solar farm.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the public exhibition was hosted online, with residents able to send in questions about the initial plans. We updated our proposals following feedback from Parish Councils and residents.
