Trerice Solar Farm

About Trerice Solar Farm

Trerice Solar Farm (formerly Treviscoe Solar Farm) is a new 32MW solar PV and battery energy storage scheme (BESS) in the parish of St Dennis, Cornwall.

The project is split across two areas: a solar farm with a generating capacity of approximately 32MW to the northwest of Treviscoe, with associated BESS to the west of St Dennis, and a cable route will connect the two. Our final plans were informed by an extensive period of specialist surveying and also take into consideration feedback given by the community during two periods of public consultation in 2021 and 2024 and an appeal amendment consultation in February 2026 on a small number of proposed improvements to the scheme submitted as part of the project’s appeal.

In August 2026, the project received planning approval following an appeal.
